CSIO OF ROME 2026, A NEVERENDING SUCCESS
Antonio Canova called Villa Borghese 'the most beautiful park in the world. A walk through nature, art and history, from the 1600s up to the present day.
From 27 to 31 May, the CSIO Rome - Piazza di Siena returns to this timeless setting.
This special edition celebrates the centenary of Piazza di Siena, marking a century of sport, elegance, tradition and the preservation and promotion of a unique heritage.
This event is so much more than just an equestrian competition. It is a model of excellence.
Piazza di Siena requires constant care and attention, and the competition makes this possible by funding ongoing maintenance, restoration and redevelopment work. Year after year, this work returns a more beautiful, accessible and sustainable space to the city.
As always, the world’s finest show jumping pairs - riders and their horses - will compete on the course until the most eagerly awaited moment: the Rolex Rome Grand Prix on Sunday 31 May.
Alongside the sporting event, there is a forward-looking project involving green architecture, zero impact and the utmost respect for the ecosystem of Villa Borghese.
With its 11,000 square metres of green space, Piazza di Siena reaffirms its status as a cutting-edge laboratory and a welcoming hub for all, including families, students, sports enthusiasts, artists, and visitors.
Free entrance for anyone wishing to follow the competition.
