
Countdown started: 60 days to the CSIO of Rome 2026
The CSIO of Rome 2026, taking place from May 27 to 31 in the iconic oval of Piazza di Siena, will certainly be an edition that will go down in history.
Exactly one hundred years ago, the competition began. Before moving to Villa Borghese, was first held at for the first three editions at the racecourses of Villa Glori (1926 and 1927) and Parioli (1928).
1926 was also the year of the founding of the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation (FISE), and this double anniversary to celebrate already makes the 2026 edition especially significant.
The traditional sporting program will be enhanced by a series of events that will celebrate the milestone reached with a schedule of unmissable events. Horses and riders among the best in the world will compete from Thursday, May 28, to Sunday, May 31, in a crescendo of emotions and competition, following the traditional sunset opening concert presented by Intesa Sanpaolo on Wednesday, May 27.
The CSIO5* of Rome Piazza di Siena - Master d'Inzeo is part of the prestigious Rolex Series, which brings together seven extraordinary events across Europe and the United States, featuring international competitions of great appeal and the highest technical level. Next weekend, the circuit will start in Florida at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington and will then hand over to Rome for the second stage.
