Nations Cup Roll of Honour

In the 92nd edition of the CSIO in Rome, the United States of America took their sixth Nations Cup at Piazza di Siena, returning to victory after 16 years.

Italy still leads the medals board in the prestigious team competition in Rome with twenty-nine victories (the last two in 2017 and 2018), followed by France with twenty - the most recent of which was in 2022.

Great Britain and Germany are tied with 11 victories, with Great Britain winning in 2015 and 2016 and Germany in 2024.

Switzerland remains on three wins. Belgium, Sweden and the Netherlands have won twice, while Ireland won for the first time in 2023. Other countries with one victory each are Mexico, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine.

Since 2018, the Nations Cup at Piazza di Siena has been titled the Intesa Sanpaolo Nations Cup, and is undoubtedly the most fascinating competition in every equestrian programme. It only takes place within the CSIO.

Thirty-one nations have competed with a team at least once in the history of the Roman competition.
