Paolo Paini makes his debut in national competitions at seventeen, in international competitions at thirty and in Piazza di Siena in 2016 at 47: a first time which shows how dedication and perseverance are the key to success even at a later stage of life than what most often happens. With Ottava Meraviglia di Ca’ San Giorgio, an Italian mare produced by Paolo, the Italian rider is collecting the best moments of his equestrian career, among which the 5^thplae at the Italian National Championships in 2016, the GP victory and the team third place in Al Ain 2017, and the third place at the Budapest Nations Cup leg in 2016).
