Biography
Emanuele Gaudiano is a powerhouse of determination and a will to win. He started to ride all sorts of horses when he was nine, encouraged by his father (a dealer) who passed on to him a great passion for horses. At the age of 25 he left Matera and together with his family moved further north (first to Modena, then to Milan and finally to Germany) so as to be closer to equestrian venues. Not wealthy enough to buy ready-made top horses, Gaudiano has always brought on his own horses, starting to train them when they are still very young, working very hard all day, travelling at night, forgetting holidays, breaks and distractions. Seriousness, humility, determination and grit are his special characteristics. He admires Marcus Ehning’s style and speed, and riding in Aachen and in the Olympic Games are dreams that have come true!
