François Lamontagne is a trainer and owner of Ferme Lamontagne. Starting from 2012 he has often been selected to represent his nation at Nations Cup event, but has been successful at Grand Prix level since he was fifteen years old. 

His professional life is divided between competitions and the training of young horses and riders. He believes that training other is only another, and very useful tool, to improve his own riding and to focus on the details from a different perspective.
