The person who has most influenced Alexandra’s life, and not only in the equestrian sense, has been her father , Christian Paillot, former president of Akai France and Samsung France as well as being vice president of the French Equestrian Federation. 

Alexandra, who has a degree in International Economics, spends nine months of the year in France at the family stud farm, Haras de Plaisance in Chamant, and the rest of the year in the United States in Wellington, at the Paillot Farm and headquarters of Paillot Equestrian Consulting Inc.
